The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, soft lighting, and a modern ensuite wet room. Wake up to beautiful views across the paddock, where our friendly horse often grazes — and when the paddock isn’t in use, it’s the perfect secure space for your dogs to run free.

The second bedroom, just a couple of steps down, offers two cosy single beds and its own ensuite bathroom with a full-sized bath, overhead shower, sink, and toilet. Ideal for children or friends sharing. From this room, enjoy views of the paddock and your convenient private parking area.

The heart of the cottage is its spacious open-plan living area, ideal for spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine at home, with a table that comfortably seats four.

Outdoor Spaces to Enjoy

Step out onto the raised enclosed decking at the front of the cottage — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks as you take in the countryside air. There’s ramp access to the front door, making entry easy and step-free.
At the back, a stable door leads down to another outdoor seating area. The top half of the door can be opened to let in the breeze while keeping little ones and dogs safely inside.
